The most siblings to climb Kangchenjunga (8,586 m; 28,169 ft) is four, by Nepalese brothers Phurba, Phurba Dorchi, Chhiji Nurbu and Tenjen, who reached the summit together between 5:00 and 5:15 p.m. on 15 May 2019. Phurba had already reached the top the day before but descended back to camp IV and climbed back to the summit alongside his three brothers as part of a 24-strong guide team for an international expedition.
