The fastest time to climb the Seven Summits' combined Kosciuszko and Carstensz lists by a female is 238 days 23 hours and 30 minutes and was achieved by Maria Gordon (UK), at the summit of Mount Kosciuszko, Australia, on 17 June 2016.

Maria started her record-breaking journey by ascending Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. She then climbed Mount Vinson (Antarctica), Mount Aconcagua (Argentina), Mount Carstensz, also known as Puncak Jaya (Indonesia), Mount Elbrus (Russia), Mount Everest (Nepal/Tibet), and Mount Denali, also known as Mount McKinley (USA) before completing her attempt atop Mount Kosciuszko (Australia).
