The largest yuzu bath consists of 4,507 yuzu and was achieved by Manten no Yu (Japan) in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, on 22 December 2022.
Every year at the time of the winter solstice, the client organizes the "World's Best Yuzu Bath" project, with local residents donating yuzu (a citrus fruit). As this year marks the 10th anniversary of this attempt, the client wanted to challenge the record of the number of yuzu used in the yuzu bath for PR purposes. Some 134 people donated about 22,000 of yuzu (1,340kg) this year.
