The largest rice cracker mosaic (image) measures 116.02 m² (1,248 ft² 123 in²), created by Sokasenbei Promotion Council (Japan) in Soka, Saitama, Japan, on 30 September 2018.


The challengers created a mosaic that depicted Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci in the hopes that the Soka senbei rice crackers become as famous in the world as the masterpiece is. The mosaic consisted of 23,660 pieces of Soka senbei.
