The largest coloured water mosaic (image) measured 603.47 m² (6,495.69 ft²) and was achieved by YUS de Toki (Guatemala) in Guatemala City, Guatemala, on 10 September 2017.
The mosaic was created in the shopping center Plaza Arkadia and was a representation of the pyramid of Tikal and two Guatemala's national symbols: the Quetzal bird and the flower Lycaste Skinneri Alba, also known as the White Nun Orchid.
In Guatemala, the Quetzal bird is a symbol of liberty and the flower symbolizes peace, beauty and art.
For the measurement, the surveyor used a measurement tape to measure the entire surface of the mosaic.
