The heaviest weight lifted while hanging suspended by the teeth is 112.14 kg (247.22 lb) and was achieved by Leonardo Costache (Romania), in Bucharest, Romania, on 3 November 2025.
Leonardo previously held this Guinness World Records title in October 2025 with 105.26 kg. Shockingly, in less than a month he surpassed his previous record by just 6.88 kgs. In order to surpass his previous feat, Leonardo used a weighted belt and not one- but two assistants!
Leonardo chose to attempt this in The Bucharest Metropolitan Circus- where he gracefully held the weighted belt and both assistants while hanging from his teeth for a duration of almost 16 seconds!
