Happier than Ever by Billie Eilish (USA, b. Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O’Connell) tallied more than 1.028 million pre-adds on Apple Music ahead of the album’s release on 30 July 2021. Eilish reclaimed Apple’s pre-adds record after first taking it with 800,000+ for her 2019 debut album WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, which was dethroned when The Weeknd’s After Hours clocked over 1.02 million pre-adds in 2020.
