From a very young age, Albert has been curious about the capabilities of the human body. He has been training standing box jumps for close to a year before he tore his ankle ligaments and lost most of his momentum. After the 2 month recovery period, he struggled mentally to get back in the game. It was only when he saw an article about the highest seated box jump record that he though to himself "you can do this".
Albert finally found another goal. He worked hard to regain his momentum and over the following months with adapted training, he had 'unofficially' broke the record on Christmas Eve.
