“You Say” by Lauren Daigle (USA) spent 132 non-consecutive weeks at No.1 on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart between 28 July 2018 and 7 August 2021. The lead track from Daigle’s third studio album Look Up Child has racked up nine separate runs at No.1 and on three occasions has knocked another one of her chart-toppers off the No.1 spot.


"You Say" achieved four separate runs of 23, 43, 27 and 20 consecutive weeks at No.1 between 28 July 2018 and 5 December 2020, plus a further 19 chart-topping weeks in five separate runs between 16 January and 7 August 2021.

“You Say” made the biggest jump to No.1 in the history of Hot Christian Songs (since 21 June 2003) when it climbed 32 places from No.33 on the chart dated 28 July 2018.

Hillsong United’s “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)”, with 61 non-consecutive weeks at No.1 between 7 December 2013 and 30 January 2016, previously held the record.

“You Say” was the first song to spend 100 weeks at No.1 on one of Billboard’s weekly, multi-metric “Hot” charts (covering the rock, hard rock, alternative, country, R&B/hip-hop, rap, Latin, dance/electronic and gospel genres, as well as the multi-genre Hot 100).
