Andrea Moller of Ihabella, Brazil, who achieved the feat on January 16, 2016 at the Jaws Surf Break (Pe'ahi) off the North Shore of Maui, Hawaii. The wave was measured by the WSL judging panel at 42 feet trough to crest. (photography by Fred Pompermayer)
