The nano-container is known as "p-tertbutylcalix[4]arene-tetra-tert-butylaminocarbonyl" or in short "X4Bac4". It has the capability to completely encapsulate up to two molecules of water and release them without breaking. The nano-container is 1.3 nanometres in height and 1 nanometre in length.
