The longest fried pizza measures 7.15 m in lenght and was achieved by Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and Rossopomodoro (both Italy), in Naples, Italy, on 23 May 2018.


About 60 expert pizza makers prepared the record breaking pizza. A 7.5 meters long frying pan containing 1,500 litres of vegetable oil was created for the event. The pizza dough weighted about 123.5 kg and the filling was made with 50 kg of fiordilatte cheese, 15 kg of ricotta cheese, 7 kg of peeled tomatoes, 15 kg of ciccioli (pressed cakes of fatty pork), basil and pepper.
