This record is for the heaviest weighted hip thrust.
This record is to be attempted by an individual.
This record is measured in kilograms (to the nearest 0.01 kg), with the equivalent measurement given in pounds and ounces.
For the purpose of this record, a 'hip thrust' is performed as follows: Laying with your back supported by a raised surface with the feet and backside touching the ground. A weighted barbell must be held across the hips and the hips must then be raised enough for the body to be in a straight position - i.e. no bend at the hips. The knees should then be at a 90 degree angle.
