The ESL One Cologne 2015 finals (22–23 August 2015) – a major event in the competitive Counter-Strike: Global Offensive calendar – was the first eSports contest to introduce randomised drugs testing. The programme was undertaken in partnership with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and Germany's Nationale Anti-Doping Agentur (NADA).

Following its introduction, the drugs testing was set to become a permanent fixture for all future ESL One tournaments. All tested players at ESL One Cologne 2015 returned negative results.
