Largest residential football academy

The largest residential football academy is the China Evergrande Football School (China) in Qingyuan, Guangdong province, China. There were 2,577 students enrolled at the academy as of 8 February 2015.

The academy also has teaching buildings, laboratory buildings, a library, a gymnasium, an auditorium and a physical training centre, as well as dormitories, and canteens for the students. In total, there are 47 football pitches of various sizes, with a total area of over 359,000 m².
