Largest collection of Ghostbusters memorabilia

The largest collection of Ghostbusters memorabilia consists of 2,012 items, and was achieved by Darren McQuade (UK) in Essex, UK, on 27 January 2024.

Darren has been a lifelong Ghostbusters fan, and collecting the memorabilia has been a major part of his life. He describes it as "...essentially living in a Ghostbusters museum, and I have even mixed it with my profession as a magician, performing Ghostbusters themed magic tricks when at events in costume".

Some of Darren's favourite items in the collection include a Ghostbusters 2 Christmas Cracker box, which outside of movie props is one of the rarest items available having never found another collector with one. Another favourite of Darren's is a real Ghostbusters stunt kite, which doesn't look like anything special on the surface, but is incredibly rare, and as a child the one Darren had blew away. However, having been on the hunt for one all his adult life, he was lucky to acquire another in the last year.

With a Ghostbusters film that was released in early 2024 (which he was lucky enough to be an extra in), Darren thought now is the perfect time to go for this record!
