Well the most profound effect is that I can't walk. What other people do with her legs I have to do with my arms The the pull movement is my primary way of getting around and it also my greatest passion

I do maybe between 500,000 pull-ups a week. I decided to take this record on because of my passion for pull-lips

and because keeping a Guinness World Record in itself, is for me the ultimate personal challenge

Preparing for this attempt has in many ways been a life-run process

I've exercised my upper body for 10 hours a week for some time now

so I didn't make lots of specific adjustments in the preparations. So I felt quite confident

So full respect for the challenge on the attempt day itself. And here I see I'm studying to get tired

With one word, it feels great. And it's also a symbol of the effort I've put in and the fact that I've reached for goal

I'm very inspired and hungry for more. more
