Lila is a full-time circus artist and professional hair hanger who loves to push the boundaries of what is possible

Lila said she wanted to prove what you could do with the power of your mind

During the attempt, which took place in Redwood Forest, the feat of strength and skill was accompanied by gentle guitar music

and positive affirmations from the crowd. With 20 minutes completed, she's getting close to beating the previous record of 23 minutes and 19 seconds

And she has broken the record with an incredible result of 25 minutes and 11.30 seconds
