The five best friends are back at it again! In another episode of their latest series, Overtime, YouTube stars Dude Perfect have returned hungry for more records.
While this title does involve peas, there won’t be any eating.
Twin Coby Cotton decided to attempt the record for the Farthest distance to blow a pea during the segment, Absurd Recurds.
The task at hand seems considerably easier than the one they tried in their previous episode for Farthest distance to walk on a path of LEGO bricks (which has since been broken), until Adjudicator Michael Empric announced that Coby needed to blow the pea a distance of 24 feet 7.6 inches with a single breath.
For reference, that’s nearly as long as a double-decker bus!
"We picked the most spherical pea we could find," Dude Tyler Toney explained, hoping it would assist Cobey in earning another certificate for their wall of Guinness World Records titles.With a clothes pin on his nose to help focus his airflow, Cobey began the official attempt (starting at 13:33):
After a few painful body slides, the Dudes managed to successfully set a new record at 8.8 m (28 ft 10.45 in).
This certificate will go nicely with alongside the other records Dude Perfect holds, such as their 14 American football titles and 11 basketball titles.
