Watch these 10 talented doggies break a world record by jump roping with their owner!
If you’ve ever become exhausted skipping rope, then take some inspiration from these adorable dogs – who truly make jumping look fun!

Zhu Yongming (China) brought his ten white fluffy dogs on to the set of Lo Show Dei Record in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, on 3 December, to show off their skills (and win the hearts of the audience).

After excitedly sniffing everything in the vicinity – and being bribed with plenty of attention and treats – the ten jumping doggies took to the stage and crushed the record for the most jump rope skips by a person and 10 dogs in one minute.
Timing their jumps to their owner’s commands, the excited group managed 25 jumps in 60 seconds – to the absolute delight of the crowd.
With all the festivities, the dogs were too excited to complete their first attempt – barking and wagging their tails like crazy and running in happy circles.

But Yongming didn’t give up, and after calming his doggies, he got them all to stand in a circle around him, while he held an extra-large jump rope in his hands. When all the dogs were staring up at him expectantly, ready and waiting for his cue, their master lifted the rope and they all started jumping in unison!

Between every jump, the dogs would yip and celebrate excitedly, clearly loving the activity (and the attention).

Yet Yongming kept the dogs under control, and they finished with 25 skips in one minute.

In case you’re curious how he can keep 10 dogs under control (it’s hard enough to teach one!) the talented Yongming said he has experience in training all types of animals like monkeys, dogs, and pigs.

And they’re not the only animals with record-breaking talents.
In fact, an impressive cat claimed a similar record title in 2023 for the most skips by a cat in one minute with the help of his loving owner and dedicated trainer Trisha Seifried (USA). The pair jumped the rope nine times in 60 seconds to win the a-meow-zing title.

Kit Kat, a tabby cat, was rescued by Trisha, who works as an animal talent agent – and she trained the adorable feline to do a number of tricks like jumping rope, giving high fives, and meowing on command.
Kit Kat’s not the only one to hop his way into the record books, however. Bini the bunny made history in 2016 when he took the title for the most basketball slam dunks in one minute by a rabbit with seven adorable dunks.

This Holland Lop hooper (or shall we say hopper?) was trained by owner Shai Asor (USA) at their home in Los Angeles, California, to scoop up a tiny basketball with his teeth and push it through a miniature hoop with his front-feet on the rim – just like a pro.
Norbert the Pig from Buffalo Grove, Illinois, USA is also a talented athlete, who can do some sick tricks on the skateboard.
Using two of his trotters, the 175 lb pig will push off in the direction of his owner Vincent Baran (USA) and fly on the board down the hills of their suburban Chicago street.
He claimed the record, and a spot in our 2026 edition of Guinness World Records, for the fastest 10 m pushing a skateboard by a pig after his 11.32 second-long ride last October – which also won him the moniker “Tony Pork” after skateboarder Tony Hawk.

Chico the cockatoo would put up fair numbers in a race against Norbert though, as this Triton cockatoo – a beloved pet of Kaloyan Yavashev (Bulgaria) – loves giving his wings a rest and travelling by scooter instead.

The intelligent bird holds the record for the fastest 5 m on a scooter by a parrot from his performance on Lo Show Dei Record in 2022, completing the course in just 14.58 seconds.
And perhaps the most impressive trainer of all is animal lover Noeline Cassettari (Australia), who taught her miniature horse Rose and sheep Beanie hundreds of tricks.
Back in 2023, Rose claimed the title of most tricks performed by a horse in one minute with 13, while Beanie set the record for most tricks performed by a sheep in one minute with 11.
Her horse can perform tricks like smile, bow, ring a bell, and even pick a playing card from a deck – and her sheep can wipe his feet, lift his front legs, pivot, go through a hoop, and spin.

So just take it from these amazing record holders – when it comes to animal talents, as long as you have some treats, the sky is the limit!
