The foundation works by funding veteran support organizations. As of September 2017, it was reported that it had raised more than $25 million (£19 million) and helped place 37,000 US veterans into full-time jobs with an average salary of £42,000. The foundation's goal was to have found work for 50,000 ex-servicemen by 2019.
