The largest gathering of people wearing a beehive hairstyle is 261 and was achieved by Discovery Italia, in Milan, Italy, on 19 March 2015.

As many as 48 hair stylists took part in the attempt which started at 6 pm and ended at 10 pm. The record was organised to promote a new reality show.
