Daniel Teplitski sets record for overhead cannonball twists

My name is Dan Splitsky and I hold the record for the most overhead cannonball twist in 30 seconds

So I'm a fourth generation sex performer. At the age of eight years old, training in my backyard and these little chrome balls and now I'm doing a lot more heavier weights and setting records

I decided to take this record on as it's something which is very unique to my act and I thought it was something that I could possibly make into a record

For this attempt, I had to do a lot of training in the gym

For example, I would do a lot of power movements as I have to put as much power as I can

into spinning the actual cannon balls. So before me, it was my dad

and he used to do what I do, which is power juggling, and he toured from a very little age around the whole world

Before that, it was my granddad. He used to do a trapeze at Grey used to hold three women from his teeth on a chepeze

I tried to carry on what my dad did in the family so we can keep it going and yeah he's taught me everything I know

It starts getting harder because you've got less momentum so you're just using a lot more arm strength in the body

record actually in person is a really nice feeling as I can show my next generation like a piece

of history which is in the record book and it feels great and I really want to set more
