The Brief

The Dubai Police wanted to implement their strategy to make Dubai a safe city – with innovative smart services, global institutional excellence and craftsmanship development – by hosting events that would engage the community, celebrate the spirit of the nation, promote unity and keep residents happy.

The Solution

Since 2010, Dubai Police has broken 11 Guinness World Records titles. The first was the Largest seashell mosaic, where they created their logo out of a material that represented their culture and heritage.

In 2017 alone, they broke four Guinness World Records titles as a part of the UAE fitness challenge – an initiative by the crown prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid, to encourage healthy living in the UAE. During this, some disabled citizens took part in the Largest wheelchair race.

Finally, to position Dubai as a SMART city and aiming to be the smartest in the world, the First unmanned smart police station was inaugurated in March 2018.
