For the purpose of the record, the over the shoulder cocktail flair is defined as a bottle trick, where the participant throws a bottle across their back (i.e. with the right hand from the lower left back across over the right shoulder or with their left hand from the lower right back across over the left shoulder). The bottle is then caught again with the throwing hand.
