The longest journey by a production battery-powered electric box light truck on a single charge is 520.460 km (323.399 miles) and was achieved by Yutong Light Truck Driving Team (China) driving a 2024 Yutong T5 Long Range Version, organized by Yutong Light Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. (China), in Zhengzhou, Henan, China, on 11 March 2024.


The route started from Fu Tower in Zhengzhou, by way of different cities in Henan, including Xinxiang, Anyang, Puyang, Kaifeng and back to Fu Tower in the end. There were 4% of battery left when the attempt was finished.
