At their annual marketing conference at the Novotel in Wollongong, 50 employees of Hilti - Australia participated in this record attempt to fit the conference theme of "showcasing talent."

The type of drill used on the day was a HILTI SID 4-A22 Impact Driver, drilling in 8mm S-NS Nut setter screws. The participants screwed the words "Hilti Australia" into a large block of wood spanning 960 cm x 80 cm.
