  • For the purpose of this record, a backward walkover is defined as: Starting from a standing position, falling backward into a bridge with only hands and feet on the ground, pushing up on the hands and moving into a handstand split and returning to a standing position again, facing the same direction as the start position. Unlike a back flip, either the feet or hands of the participant must be in contact with the floor at all times.
