For the purposes of the record, a caster board is defined as a two-wheeled, human propelled vehicle that is closely related to the skateboard or snakeboard. It has two narrow platforms known as "decks" that are joined by a "torsion bar", which consists of a metal beam, usually coated by rubber, that houses a strong spring. The platforms can partially rotate about the steering axis from the vertical.
