Proving that even Fan Choice is a marathon, not a sprint, Colin Pilcher and Marc Murray (both UK) can now add a people's vote victory to their two career Guinness World Records titles.

The duo - after trailing in the vote for most of the week - made a late comeback with their record for longest marathon playing pool (singles) in last week's Fan Choice, pocketing a win by a margin of less than 2%. Congratulations to Colin and Marc, who have broken the pool marathon record twice in two years.

Every Friday here, we pick five records recently approved by our expert Records Management Team. We'll give you a little background on each and then ask you to vote for your favorite. The winners from each week, like Colin and Marc, will be entered into an end-of-year bracket to determine the Fan Choice record of the year.
