As if they didn't have enough reason to dance already, Team Ross 500 Hands (USA) and De La Salle Health Sciences Institute Physical Therapy Alumni Association (Philippines) can now celebrate another accomplishment.

The combined groups and their record for largest tinikling dance cruised to a comfortable win in last week's Fan Choice, garnering a majority of all votes with 50.93% of the pie. Congratulations to the 344 dancers and all the organizers!

Every Friday here, we pick five records recently approved by our expert Records Management Team. We'll give you a little background on each and then ask you to vote for your favorite. The winners from each week, like Team Ross 500 Hands and De La Salle Health Sciences Institute Physical Therapy Alumni Association, will be entered into an end-of-year bracket to determine the Fan Choice record of the year.

That's not all: With the flair you'd expect from such an attempt, Rokas chose to throw not just any card, but to launch the Ace of Spades. Rokas is a professional magician, who said he was inspired after seeing 2-time world record holder for card throwing Rick Smith perform on TV.

That's not all: What can you get done in 88 hours? Colin and Marc squeezed in 770 frames of pool against each other, surpassing the previous record by more than 13 hours. The duo were no stranger to this record, though, so they knew what to expect: with this attempt, the pair reclaimed their previous record in this category, which they had set at 72 hr 2 min in 2011 before it was broken later that year.

They surpassed the previous record with about 2 hours to spare. Calling themselves avid hobbyist bowlers, Robert averages a 183 while Hector says his average ranges between 140-160.
