The owner Mr. Helmut Wenschitz is one of Austria's leading maître chocolatiers. Since 1990 he has been producing chocolates, pralines and other delicacies in his confectionery in Allhaming in Upper Austria. He has won over 100 national and international awards. In 2019 he opened his Pralinenwelt (pralines world) with the highest chocolate fountain in the world. It is dedicated to the magic, taste, history, and manufacturing of pralines and chocolate and includes the chocolate academy, a knowledge and learning centre.
