Zorn competed at seven successive Paralympic Games (1980-2004), as follows: Arnhem 1980 (7 gold); New York 1984 (10 gold); Seoul 1988 (12 gold); Barcelona 1992 (10 gold, 2 silver); Atlanta 1996 (2 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze); Sydney 2000 (4 silver, 1 bronze); Athens 2004 (1 bronze).
Zorn won her 55 medals in 13 different swimming events: 100 m backstroke, 100 m butterfly, 100 m freestyle, 200 m individual medley, 400 m individual medley, 4 x 100 m freestyle relay, 4 x 100 m medley relay, 50 m breaststroke, 50 m freestyle, 100 m breaststroke, 200 m breaststroke, 400 m freestyle, 200 m backstroke.
