The all-rounder secured the record at the 2025 edition of the tournament with 12 wickets, including a career-best 5 for 20 in the semi-final against England in Guwahati, India, on 29 October that took her beyond Jhulan Goswami’s 43 victims in 270.3 overs in 2005-22.

Highlights of Kapp’s 31-match, five-tournament Women’s World Cup career include her only other five-for, also against England, taking 5 for 45 at the Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui on 14 March 2022.
