The most knee bends performed on a balance board in one minute is 64 and was achieved by Dmytro Kharlov (Ukraine) in Brühl, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, on 26 June 2015.
The record was equalled by Silvio Sabba (Italy) who also achieved 64 knee bends on a balance board in one minute in Milan, Italy, on 27 October 2015.
Only gymnastically correct deep knee bends are counted. A bend is correct when the person bends down enough so that the line of his/her thigh is parallel to the ground. Knees must be locked when returning to the standing position (legs fully straight).
