The cast of Glee (FOX, USA, 2009–15), a collective of actors and vocalists from the popular TV series, charted with 148 different entries on the UK Official Singles Chart between 26 December 2009 and 3 January 2019, according to the Official Charts Company. The group’s biggest hit was their debut cover of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’”, performed by principal cast members Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley and Jenna Ushkowitz.

In terms of more "traditional" vocal groups or bands, Status Quo (UK) remain out in front with 68 separately recorded career entries, from the debut of “Pictures of Matchstick Men” at No.49 on 30 January 1968 to 9 October 2010, when a new version of their No.2 hit from 1986, “In the Army Now”, featuring the [Royal] Corps of Army Music Choir, debuted at No.31.

The durable “Down Down” rockers, who notably featured Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt in their ranks, have had exactly the same number of separately credited UK Official Singles Chart entries as The Beatles (whose 68th hit was “Now and Then” in 2023), but the Fab Four’s discography contains "only" 37 different entries, with many re-issues included among them.
