The most consecutive Premier League seasons that an individual player has scored at least one goal in is 21, by Ryan Giggs (UK) playing for Manchester United (UK) between 1992 and 2013. Giggs has scored in 21 Premier League seasons, plus two First Division seasons prior to that, taking the total number of top division seasons scored in to 23. His streak of scoring in every Premier League season was ended when he failed to find the net in the 2013/2014 Premier League season. His last Premier League game came for Manchester United against QPR on 23 February 2013.
