Most consecutive opponents in a table tennis rally

The most consecutive opponents in a table tennis rally is 132 and was achieved by Simon Sprenger (Germany) in Essen, Germany, on 22 June 2024.

This attempt occurred at Ruhr Sports Centre and was organised by DJK Franz Sales Haus e. V. association where around 2,300 active people with and without disabilities train across 15 different sports. The team for this specific attempt are part of the largest table tennis club in Germany with around 350 athletes and 39 teams. Participants spanned a wide range of ages and they trained for close to a year to be able to beat the previous record.
