The longest single line of dancers consists of 4,395 people and was achieved by Executive Committee of Takarazuka 10,000 People Line Dancing (Japan) at Mukogawa River, in Takarazuka, Hyogo, Japan, on 1 November 2014.
The attempt was held to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Takarazuka Revue, the 60th anniversary of the founding of Takarazuka City, and the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Tezuka Osamu Manga Museum. The participants danced to a medley of songs related to the city, such as "Viva! Takarazuka." The single line of dancers stretched to over 3 km.
