The attempt began at 7:28 a.m. local time on 14 March 2026, Throughout the time spent underwater, liquid nutrition was consumed to maintain energy and hydration. A sizeable support team, including about 30 divers, and 10 technical and production crew, monitored the dive continuously from the surface and underwater to ensure conditions remained safe and all guidelines were followed.
