Located in the Omnium arena in Goes, Netherlands, the Happy Hockey Foundation took on the Guinness World Records title for the longest marathon playing indoor field hockey.

The high paced, energetic, back to back games, delivered truly amazing performances from both teams, overall they scored a combined 1,140 goals, with the female top scorer (Isis de Bie) tallying 115 goals to her name and the top male scorer (Janno Borg) tallying 144 goals.

Each match was played to the official rules of indoor field hockey with qualified referees officiating each game.

Another stand out performance came from Rutger Koole who played the most minutes on the pitch throughout the attempt, an incredible 16:21:03.

The Happy Hockey Foundation, also managed to raise over 51,000 EUR as part of their charity fund raiser event too.
