The longest baguette is 140.53 metres, achieved by Municipality of Suresnes, Confédération National de la Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Française (both France) and Nutella (italy) in Suresnes, France, on 5 May 2024.

Nutella celebrates its 60 year anniversary this year and local bakers said they wanted to ‘bring the record home’ to France. The record was previously held in Italy. Nutella was served on the baguette and given away to the general public who attended the event. The remainder of the baguette was reserved for distribution to unhoused individuals and those suffering from food insecurity in partnership with Suresnes young people’s association CeLiJe.
