The participants entered the arena - set in front of the imposing Vadakkumnathan Temple in the centre of Thrissur - through four separate entries where they were given barcoded wristbands and scanned. 96 Stewards monitored their performance which lasted 14 minutes and 29 seconds. A surprise guest was the Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, an important and well-revered Indian spiritual leader and famous around the world for his efforts to promote global peace. He spoke on stage to the dancers and audience and gave the event his blessing.

This attempt is made to spread the world peace through Sreenarayana Guru's poem Kundalinippattu. All dancers danced for Kundalinippattu that portrays world peace and harmony. Sree Narayana Guru was a spiritual leader and social reformer in India.
