Largest gathering of centenarians

The largest gathering of centenarians is 150, achieved by My Guardian – Aged and Disability Care (Australia) in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on 23 October 2025

Organised by My Guardian – Aged and Disability Care in collaboration with the NSW Government, the event was a celebration of Australia’s oldest living citizens. The 150 attendees included veterans, pioneering migrants, educators, entrepreneurs, and everyday heroes. The event was 12 months in the making and involved many stakeholders lending their support. Jad Haber, CEO of My Guardian, said, “Today is more than a record; it’s a call to action for all Australians to recognise and celebrate our elders as the living pillars of our nation.” The oldest member in attendance was 109 at the time of the gathering.
