The chocolate bar mosaic was made with 1,635 bars of 60% cocoa chocolate, 80% cocoa chocolate and white chocolate.
A professional surveyor took the measurements on 28 September 2017 and on the last day of their event all the chocolate bars were distributed in only 1 hour and 42 minutes.
Fundación Nuestra Tierra is also the record holder of the largest chocolate tasting event that happened in Caracas, Venezuela, on 1 October 2016 and counted with the participation of 419 people.
