Highest paid child actor on TV by episode

In a study of earnings made by child TV stars published in May 2010, Angus T. Jones (USA, b. 8 October 1993), who plays Jake Harper (aka the "half") in CBS's hit sitcom "Two and a Half Men", was reported to be paid $250,000 (£156,620) per episode. The research was carried out by the New York Post, who surveyed casting agents, talent agents and TV executives. The Post concluded: "Jones is in an elite group of kids who can't drive – but who make enough to buy a new Porsche every week."
