The first video game to use stereoscopic polarised 3D is Invincible Tiger: The Legend of Han Tao (Blitz Arcade/Namco Bandai), released for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network in August 2009. The game uses the same 3D system as embraced recently by the likes of James Cameron''s Avatar, with polarised glasses separating the signal transmitted into each eye to create the illusion of 3D.
