Bobby and Terry Labonte (both USA) became the first siblings to win the NASCAR driving championship. Bobby, with his victory in 2000, joined his brother Terry, who had won in 1984 and 1996, as the only brothers to win the NASCAR Winston Cup championship. Bobby also is the first driver to win both the NASCAR Busch Series and NASCAR Winston Cup titles during his career.
