Longest chain of lanyards

Longest chain of lanyards is 663.53 m (2,176 ft) and was achieved by Zayed Authority for People of Determination and The fifth Abu Dhabi family forum (both UAE) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on 15 December 2025.

The project reflects the UAE’s vision of building an inclusive and sustainable society, where People of Determination actively participate in national achievements.

This record was chosen to demonstrate that, when supported with the right opportunities, People of Determination can accomplish extraordinary, world-class achievements.
