To help celebrate the 30th anniversary of the classic arcade space shooter Galaga (Namco, 1981) in 2011, Namco Bandai released Galaga Legions DX on Xbox Live Arcade. Similar to the PAC-Man Championship Edition DX (Namco Bandai, 2007) and created by the same team of designers, the game boasts all-new HD graphics as well as a host of new modes and regular online tournaments. A Galaga fan known as UnspokenSix8 has the top score on nine of the game’s regular modes, with an impressive cumulative score of 66,887,500 points, and also ranks second on its special “Championship” mode.
